Colorado Senate Bill No. 680

This act adds to the crime of identity theft knowingly using an instrument that contains the personal identifying information of another person to deceive a peace officer as to the acto's identity and criminalizes possession or control of a driver's license, government issued identification card, social security card, or passport without permission and makes the crime a predicate offense for racketeering.
