- Take leadership roles in their state's Action Team
- Take leadership role by attending lobbying meetings with State Legislators or Motor Vehicle officials
- Attend Lobbying Meetings and Write letters to the editor of their paper.
- Help out administratively
- Make individual calls and emails to state legislators
